Welcome to Elryn's Dance Fitness. By registering for, booking, purchasing or participating in any Elryn's Dance Fitness class, programme, membership or online fitness service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants using our services, whether attending in-person classes or participating in online classes.
Elryn's Dance Fitness provides dance fitness, cardio, strength training and related fitness classes designed to promote movement, fitness, wellbeing and enjoyment.
Classes may be offered in person and/or online, depending on the programmes currently available.
Participants must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Memberships and class access are personal to the registered participant and may not be transferred to another person without prior approval from Elryn's Dance Fitness.
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are participating voluntarily.
Current membership and class fees will be communicated to participants and displayed on the website or applicable registration/payment page.
Unless otherwise stated, membership fees are payable monthly.
Payment may be processed through Payfast or another payment method made available by Elryn's Dance Fitness.
A participant's access to classes may be suspended if payment is outstanding.
Elryn's Dance Fitness reserves the right to update its fees from time to time. Where a recurring membership fee is changed, reasonable notice will be provided before the new fee becomes payable.
Participants are responsible for attending the classes for which they have registered.
Missing a class does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund or reduction in membership fees.
Participants are encouraged to attend classes at the times communicated by Elryn's Dance Fitness.
Class schedules may occasionally change due to circumstances including, but not limited to, public holidays, venue availability, instructor availability, technical difficulties, unforeseen circumstances or other operational requirements.
Where reasonably possible, participants will be notified of significant changes.
Where online classes are offered, participants are responsible for ensuring that they have:
Elryn's Dance Fitness is not responsible for interruptions caused by the participant's internet connection, device, electricity supply or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Participants agree to:
Fitness classes involve physical activity and may involve strenuous exercise.
Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically able to participate.
If you have any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, recent surgery, chronic illness or other health concern, you should obtain appropriate medical advice before participating.
Elryn's Dance Fitness does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Participants should review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing a membership or class.
From time to time, photographs and videos may be taken during Elryn's Dance Fitness classes or events for marketing, social media, website and promotional purposes.
Where identifiable participants are intended to be used in promotional material, appropriate consent will be obtained.
Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional photographs or videos should inform Elryn's Dance Fitness.
All Elryn's Dance Fitness branding, logos, written material, videos, online content, class material and other original content remain the intellectual property of Elryn's Dance Fitness unless otherwise stated.
Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or commercially use Elryn's Dance Fitness content without written permission.
Elryn's Dance Fitness aims to provide a positive, welcoming and supportive environment.
Harassment, bullying, threatening behaviour, discrimination, intimidation, inappropriate conduct or repeated disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Elryn's Dance Fitness reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation where reasonably necessary to protect instructors, participants or the business.
Participation in physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.
Participants voluntarily assume responsibility for participating within their own abilities and following reasonable safety instructions.
To the extent permitted by South African law, Elryn's Dance Fitness will not be liable for loss, damage, injury or expense arising from participation where such loss, damage, injury or expense results from circumstances outside the reasonable control of Elryn's Dance Fitness or from a participant's failure to exercise appropriate care.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law.
Elryn's Dance Fitness respects the privacy of participants and processes personal information in accordance with applicable South African data-protection legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Elryn's Dance Fitness may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be published on the website and will apply from the date stated on the updated document.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
