Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want our payment and cancellation arrangements to be clear and fair to all Elryn's Dance Fitness participants.

1. Monthly Memberships

Monthly membership fees are payable for the applicable membership period.

Once a monthly membership has been paid, the fee is generally non-refundable if the participant simply chooses not to attend classes during that month.

This includes missed classes due to personal commitments, holidays, work commitments or other circumstances where the classes remain available to the participant.

2. Cancelling a Membership

Participants who wish to cancel their membership must notify Elryn's Dance Fitness in writing.

Cancellation will take effect from the applicable future billing period, subject to any minimum commitment or notice period that was specifically agreed to when the membership was purchased.

Where no minimum commitment or notice period applies, cancellation requests received before the next billing date will generally prevent the next month's membership fee from being charged.

3. Refunds

Refunds may be considered in circumstances including:

• A duplicate payment;
• An incorrect payment;
• A payment made in error;
• A class or programme being cancelled by Elryn's Dance Fitness and no reasonable alternative being provided;
• Other circumstances where Elryn's Dance Fitness determines that a refund is appropriate.

Refund requests should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible and should include the participant's name, payment details and reason for the request.

4. Missed Classes

No refund or credit will ordinarily be provided for classes missed by a participant where the class was available as scheduled.

5. Class Cancellation by Elryn's Dance Fitness

If Elryn's Dance Fitness cancels a class, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative arrangement where possible.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement class, rescheduled class, online alternative or other reasonable arrangement.

Where no reasonable alternative can be provided, Elryn's Dance Fitness may, at its discretion and where appropriate, provide a credit or refund.

6. Illness or Injury

If a participant is unable to participate due to illness or injury, they should contact Elryn's Dance Fitness as soon as reasonably possible.

Any refund, credit or membership adjustment will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Participants should not attend classes when they are unwell or when participation could reasonably worsen an injury or health condition.

7. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment has been processed incorrectly, please contact Elryn's Dance Fitness before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback where possible.

We will investigate the matter and attempt to resolve it promptly.

8. Promotional Offers

Special offers, discounts, referral promotions and promotional memberships may have additional terms.

Where applicable, those terms will be communicated at the time of the promotion.
